“We booked Mary's wonderful house for a weekend away in December for a catch up with old friends (12 of us in total). We had an amazing time and really recommend the house. It has lots of character from being an old pub called The Star and the rooms were really comfy with almost all of them having their own ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious for cooking even for 12 people and we loved the fireplace and piano in the main living room. We didn't get out much due to storms……

Die Lage war perfekt, ruhig, aber die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ein Waitrose und ein Tesco Express ebenfalls. Dazu organisiert der Vermieter im Vorhinein einen überwachten Parkplatz, der nur 200 m entfernt ist, so dass man sich darum nicht kümmern muss. Bei der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt, alles war wie beschrieben bzw. noch besser……

“This house was great for what we needed (group of girlfriends getting together). We loved the sunroom on the first floor and even got to sit outside in the gorgeous garden. The location is perfect and there is heaps of space. My only comment is that the bathrooms probably need a bit of updating, but apart from that would definitely recommend.”

“This tasteful and well appointed chalet with great facilities is very close to the seafront, which you reach through a nice back garden. “So peaceful and quiet and everything has been so well thought out. The bed was so comfy, and the addition of the electric heater in the bathroom was perfect; it made the hop over the to the toilet in the middle of the night bearable. It’s open year round so we’ll definitely be back when it’s colder and we can have the fire going! Wendy was absolutely lovely when we arrived and our daughter made a new friend in her wonderful dog.”
