Lovely property and some friendly staff. Breakfast was great. Sofa bed was not comfortable and i had to make it up myself. No room clean during the week - no clean glasses provided. No milk or mugs for tea and coffee in the room, no restaurant (on Expedia it says there is a restaurant) and the Leaf Deli was costly and did not cater for vegans.

Nice hotel in great location if visiting Legoland. Breakfast was good. No hot meals though and the deli wasn't to my liking due to being vegetarian. However the rooms were comfy and very relaxing. Very warm in the loft rooms so you'll need the fan on. Good value for money and would return.

After stay at Hotel Legoland last year, I expected The Lodge to be underwhelming, but I was so wrong. The staff engaged well with guests as individuals and it was only at breakfast that you realised just how many people were staying there. Very quiet despite the number of families with children. No sound bleed from neighbouring rooms bathrooms or TVs, but I could have just been lucky. The room was small, but adequate with a window that opened, a kettle that went under the tap and a double sized bed. Linen was white, clean and fresh with extra towels. Bath products were lovely. In the basement there is small a pool, gym, mini football pitch, indoor play area for little kids and table tennis. The buffet stlye breakfast is as generous and varied as Hotel Legoland, but felt slightly better. The friendly staff work very hard keeping tables cleared after use and the food stocked up so no one has to wait for a table. Reception is staffed 24/7 and they speak several languages. You will need a USB to Euro pin adaptor as the wall sockets dont have a USB point. They loaned me one each night, but it is not guaranteed it would be available. Nice quality pen and paper in room and a silent fridge. There is a reasonably priced 'deli' with a good range of purchasable fresh small meals, drinks and snacks as only breakfast served. Right next to the Sculpture Park trail which goes to the town centre and Lego House. Highly recommend and hope to use again on any future visits.

Located next door to lalandia and also legoland, 20 minute walk through sculpture park to lego house and restaurants. Rooms were nice, breakfast 9/10 and great for ceoliacs as there was loads of choice. Highly recommended.

We stayed in February so it was lovely and quiet. The staff were pleasant. Room was comfortable, had what we needed. The breakfast was excellent! Nice to have the facilities like the games rooms, pool, gym etc. my only negative is the pool was freezing! Good location. About a 20 minute walk into town through the sculpture park and along the play line. Short taxi ride to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet, centralised location and the staff are helpful, polite and very friendly. Breakfast is really good too. The whole experience was wonderful, from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and temperature we were able to regulate well. Pool was an added bonus and it was very quiet so felt like you could do a proper swimming session. Breakfast was delightful, catering for all needs. Great buffet style. Service was welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Full of local knowledge too. The deli was a great idea, especially if you just want to grab a snack and drink to retire to your room. The time of year we went (February) it was so quiet, we felt like we were the only people there. Would definitely use The Lodge again when visiting Billund.
