Very nice and cosy house near the beach
We visited the house of Jean, which is located at the back of a beautiful villa, for almost a week in August 2023. The house is located on a private road and very close to the beaches. In the neighborhood you will find restaurants, bakery, grocery within a short distance. When we arrived we were welcomed warmly by Jean, the owner of the house, and were happily surprised to find some local sweets and fresh drinks in the fridge. We enjoyed our stay very much and we will miss the nice stories and chats with Jean, who knows the region very well and made us discover some nice areas in Corsica. We would definitely recommend this house for a stay with 2-4 persons. The air conditioning was also very welcome during the nights.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Wir waren überrascht, dass sie größer war als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Unser Gastgeber war sehr höflich und total süß zu den Kindern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Komplett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in super toller Lage
Das Ferienhaus befindet sich im hinteren Teil eines Privathauses mit sehr großem Grundstück. Das Ferienhaus besitzt 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 große, vollausgestattete Küche (Nespresso Maschine, Kühlschrank, Herd), Bad und separates WC, sowie eine Waschmaschine. Vor dem Eingang befindet sich eine überdachte Sonnenterasse mit Tisch und Liegestühlen. Zum wirklich schönem Strand sind es zirka 150 m. Der Strand ist in diesem Bereich auch im Juli/ August fast menschenleer ! Eine hervorragende Strandbar (hochwertige Speisen) ist in der Nähe. Jean und seine Frau haben uns herzlich empfangen, waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir erhielten Tipps zu Ausflügen und typisch korsischen Restaurants. Im Ganzen äußerst empfehlenswert für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder !!

Great location and host
Jean's apartment is really clean, quiet, and lovely. It is attached to the back of their large house and property but it feels private and separate. There is an outdoor shower and outdoor area to hang out. It's hard to tell from the photos but there are two bedrooms and no living room. There is a separate shower room and toilet room as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Kitchen is really nice. It is just a couple blocks from a wonderful beach. There is a restaurant just there on the beach too, Bar Plage, and it's fantastic to rent a couple chairs for the day and be waited on! It's close but not too close to the airport and very convenient to Bastia too. La Pagoda just down the street is a great place to hang out too with a little market and great restaurant. Jean and his wife are wonderful hosts. He even offered our daughter beach toys and crafts for her to do upon arrival. I would highly recommend this place if you are in Bastia.

Wohnen am Meer
Ruhige Lage, gut zum Entschleunigen. Der Strand ist toll und wegen der Zufahrtsbeschränkung zum Wohngebiet recht leer. Breiter und langer Sandstrand, mit Wassersportmöglichkeiten. Sehr netter Vermieter, der uns mit Cocktails überraschte. Es gibt Mücken und ab und zu ein Flugzeug.

Très bon hébergement pour la tranquillité et la mer !
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement à quelques minutes d'une très belle plage et à quelques kilomètres de Bastia. Bel environnement, maison très propre et chambres confortables. Accueil sympathique et conseils de Jean que nous remercions chaleureusement.

Hôte accueillant, bon séjour au calme et loin du tourisme.
La maison est fonctionnelle, les hôtes charmants et disponibles. La plage est à 100m et le quartier (résidentiel et fermé) très calme. Idéal pour des bains de soleil et/ou du farniente sur la plage (1 voisin tous les 50m) ou dans le jardin. Attention cependant aux moustiques en fin de journee( maison toute équipée de moustiquaire à chaque fenêtre). Seul bémol, en dehors de la résidence, on se retrouve tout de suite en pleine zone industrielle pleine de grands magasins. La route pour y accéder bouchonne régulièrement.
