“Loved this property for our stay in Montana! Great location and beautiful views. The boys would have loved to have river access from the property but we knew up front that we did not. Property was clean and well stocked. Only think that would have made it 100% perfect for us would have been air conditioning. It was cool enough at night but we didn’t do well sleeping with the windows open. Loved it overall!”

“We came back to Livingston for a vow renewal and rented from Angie for the space and peacefulness her home offers. It certainly did not disappoint!! She has thought of everything to make your stay easy, comfortable and enjoyable. The house was roomy and very comfy. Outdoor fire pit, horseshoe pit, outdoor dining table and an amazing view (all inside a HUGE fenced yard)to keep my pup safe. ”

“Great views. Barbecue in the backyard, coffee with the ladies on the back deck, fishing for the men, ping-pong in the basement, corn hole on the side yard. Plenty of seating, the kitchen was well laid out, and there was plenty of room for all of us to move around.”

“Great hosts, spotless house. There are cats around, so my sister was a bit worried as she has a phobia. The location is quite remote, so if you’re staying here plan for plenty of groceries before you get to the property. The surrounding area is beautiful. Gravel road for about 7 mins or so off the main road. Lovely sunsets and sunrises! ”
