“Great experience. Only issue was when we got there, instructions before arrival were emailed to me detail, once onsite instructions give didnt match up to when we had to do. Door didnt have keypad to enter code given to us, and to make call to for further instructions. Once we wasted a hour are stay was as described. Enjoyable week ”

“Stayed at this property for a girls trip and it was perfect! Comfortable and clean. Plenty of space for 3 ladies. Great location for Vy star arena and everything else in that area. We walked to restaurants and bars the next day. It had all the creature comforts and more! ”

“The entire complex is amazing. Unit is wonderful, host was on point and gave an amazing guidebook for us to use around the island which was invaluable. Highly recommended ”

“The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom spacious condo with a huge kitchen, generous living room and dining area, and of course the porch provided A+ comfort. Beautifully appointed plus the expansive views of the Atlantic added to our pleasure. The pool area was thoroughly enjoyed. Amelia Island is our go to vacation spot and this home/condo is our go to place to spend a terrific vacation. ”

“The apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable. The beds in particular are very comfortable. There is a front deck area that allows you to enjoy a breeze and watch as thunderstorms go by. The beach is a short walk away.”

“The house was musty smelling could use a dehumidifier. The shower drained slow and could use updating. Kitchen cabinet door would not close and the floor looks pretty rough. Would have been nice if the bedrooms had TV’s.”

“The property was very nice, and the room was cozy. The only negative was not being able to utilize the hot tub when we wanted to, and the bed mattress needs to be replaced, it is very uncomfortable. ”

“Very nice experience! Walk right out to the beach and pool. My kids loved seeing the tortoises in the little courtyard! Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is that little “kitchenette” area is somewhat awkward. Overall, we had a great trip!”

“I booked this VRBO with the expectation of a comfortable and clean space for my adult children that were displaced from medical school in Georgia due to Hurricane Helene. Unfortunately, the experience was far from ideal. Upon arrival, I encountered immediate difficulties. I had not received the necessary code to access the property, despite checking all my emails, including spam. It took over an hour to contact the host and obtain the code. The property itself was a significant disappointment.……
