「The location was awesome, convenient for us to go to Big Bend NP. We liked the remote location. The hosts were very helpful and nice upon our arrival. Would like to stay here again. The place was very clean and had very nice features for our family. Had everything we needed for cooking our meals too. We had no problems at all with this place. Would recommend to anyone to stay here. 」

「All the comforts from home - in a stationary RV! Comfortable stay of the beaten track. The unpaved road leading up to the accomodation was bumpy. The tranquility is overpowering in a good way coming from the Houston area and yes - you can see the Milky way with the naked eye. Hosts are friendly and extremely helpful. Defintely recommend this to travellers wishing to escape to West TX」

「This was the perfect cabin for our small family. It was cozy with great views of the stars at night but not too far from restaurants and shops. Everything we needed was waiting for us inside. Our son loved the creek and the loft. Highly recommend.」

「This property is perfect. Has a private observatory with retractable roof for each cabin. Smart telescope provided awesome photos. Close to restaurant and gas and groceries. No need to stock up before you come. Shop local and support small businesses. 」

「The cabin had everything I needed and kept me warm during my stay. I typically camp when I’m in Big Bend, but Greasewood was a welcome sanctuary from a night of sleet and wind Pam was extremely communicative and helpful.And the shower was nice and hot!」

「The cabin is beautiful, modern with great views. We really enjoyed the cabin. I really hate to leave any type of a bad review for this place but I think you should know… We used the cabin as our base to go back and forth to Big Bend National Park and Terlingua. About a 45 minute drive total from the cabin. 30 minutes of the drive is off Hwy 118 to the cabin with 3 miles of it being an unpaved road that was like driving on a wash board, not very pleasant. So coming and going...

「We have stayed here twice now. We always go hiking in January. We love the outdoor area and my husband loves the smoker. He has smoked a brisket the past two years and loves the view. Lots of room for our group. 」

「Off the beaten path! Great ranch lodge type experience! The people were friendly and the food at The Bad Rabbit Cafe was excellent! I wasn’t expecting it to be as far from Terlingua as it was but that also is what added to the character of the place! This area of Texas was on our “Bucket List” and Terlingua Ranch Lodge gave us authenticity to our experience. Thank you!」
