As you walk in the front door you will be greeted by an inviting living area decorated with warm, natural hues and stylish furnishings. The living room offers a sleeper sofa that is the ideal place to cozy up to the original wood stove and watch your favorite movie on the large Samsung flat screen TV! The dining area is located right off the living room and has plenty of natural light surrounding the table with seating for 4, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen is beautifully done with new black cabinets and modern leather cabinet pulls and is fully stocked ready for you to create a delicious meal for you and your loved ones.

Located directly off of the kitchen is a laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay. The laundry room offers a door that leads to the back yard area and steps up to a second deck with a HOT TUB! Relax after a long day on the slopes or hiking the nearby trails, the hot tub is the perfect place to unwind and stargaze at night.

The Master Bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation and serenity. Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line. 

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
