"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. "It was very difficult and confusing to figure out how to get into the building. Although I had already paid through Expedia, I had to pay again. And there is a computer monitor that asks your name and reseveration number. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number.
