“only reason this is lower is because i was a single female traveler. parking at night more then 3 blocks from the hotel is not safe for single females in philly. “This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. There is also a large club space with a pool table and ping pong, and a well appointed gym. On the other hand, while the building annoints itself as a luxury complex, our unit was rather ordinary. Furniture is older and on the cheap side, the shower pressure in the upper bathroom was weak, the exhaust vents……
