“This little charmer was EXACTLY as advertised and shown in photos!! No surprises! It is an absolutely perfect little vacation rental for 2 in a very quiet neighborhood. We wanted for NOTHING. Everything was provided for our use and pleasure. It was close to entertainment, shopping and sightseeing. “The listing is accurate: 2 bed/1 bath, washer/dryer, evap. cooler/furnace. The evaporative cooler may not be for everyone, but I lived in AZ for a long time, so I'm fine with them. My partner said the mattress wasn't comfortable for him, but I was fine. I used the washer and dryer to do a small load while we were there.
