Bretton Woods Vacations is proud to introduce this brand new log home in a private section of Bethlehem, a town steeped in history as a premier destination for New England travel. With its central location, close to several ski resorts (Bretton Woods and Cannon Mountain are both just 20 minutes away!), you will be a stone's throw from all the attractions that have made the White Mountains such a popular destination, from world class hikes, to Santa's Village and Storyland, to Mount Washington and the Cog Rail, to Franconia Notch State Park, with its many amazing sites - not to mention, you'll be just a few minutes to Bethlehem, a quaint town that has recently witnessed a revival that is making it one of the area's most popular towns, with great restaurants, and a wonderful downtown full of New England charm.

This log home was completed in the fall of 2021, and it marries the classic coziness of log homes with modern comforts like Air Conditioning, a Hot Tub, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Flat screen TV with surround sound bar, a modern open concept living area with gas fireplace and an outdoor fire pit make it a great choice for your White Mountains vacation. The home has 3 levels; the main level has a queen bedroom, bathroom/laundry room, and open concept kitchen/dining/living room. A deck overlooking the surrounding woods is a great spot to sit and enjoy the fresh air or use the grill. Upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms (both queen beds) plus an open loft with 2 bunk beds. The lower level is still in the process of completion and the living room area is currently empty. However, the downstairs bedroom and bathroom are now available for use offering a Queen bed and a Twin/Twin Bunk Bed with ensuite bath with shower/tub combo. Enjoy a tremendous amount of privacy, while being a short drive from everything the area is so well known for! These house rules are designed to make sure we comply with regulations and identify inappropriate behaviors that may cause tensions with our neighbors and other visitors. We want you to have an extraordinary experience with us and we share these rules up-front so that you can make an informed decision. -Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-Parking Limit: 4 Vehicles. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: Guest and pet count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization. Pet fee for pet friendly units ($100/pet per stay) is not included in Airbnb quotes.
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
- Rates are based on standard occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests, if allowed in the specific property, incur a $25/per person nightly surcharge. As long as the correct number of guests is provided at booking, this is included in the total rate shown at booking! Children under the age of 2 do not count toward occupancy.
