“At first glance, everything appeared to be in decent order. The more we unpacked and established ourselves is when the dirt, dust and cobwebs appeared. The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it. We were sent a "skip the check in"……

“Very quaint, lovely VRBO unit. Tastefully decorated, very clean, bed was very comfy!! Great location, communication from the owner was excellent. There’s a mini golf and restaurants in the same parking lot, very close - the beach is a few blocks away as you have to walk around Sea Colony but very easy walk and also an easy .5 mile walk into downtown Bethany. We loved it and would stay again!”

“We have been to this resort before but stayed previously in a townhome in the main part of the resort because we had our kids and grandkids with us. This time, because it was just my wife and I, we stayed in one of the high rise buildings directly on the beach...Dover House 806. Everything was as described including the too soft mattress on the primary bedroom bed that other people had also commented on. Other than that the unit was set up with everything you need for an enjoyable stay; and……
