“Our tub was not clean. Even had a comb hanging on the shower curtain rod. The toilet flushed so loud I could hear the rooms next flushing so I woke up multiple times both nights. Bed wasn’t comfortable either. I cleaned shower since I always bring cleaner to hotels but wasn’t confident that anything in room was clean after that. Now there was also a ton of people due to a tournament so I don’t hold all the noise against the hotel but it was all night kids laughing and walking around ”

“Accommodating, and helpful every problem I had was fixable. Not a lot of pillows but I was able to request and get more. They were very easy to get a room for my grandmother on crutches to get a room downstairs.”

“We love staying here every trip to Branson. It is always clean, the staff is friendly. The breakfast is good and the kids love the indoor pool as we love the hot tub. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have plenty of space for a family. ”

“We stayed in the back building (of 2) and it was very nice and was easy to get into and out of. The first night they had cobbler and ice cream, which was really good. We were disappointed that they didn't do that the second night. Also, no breakfast the second morning. ”

“Great place to stay! The rooms were clean the breakfast was delicious and all the staff were very nice and pleasant. The only downside was there were a ton of baseball kids that were loud and obnoxious and took up the pool and hot tub most of the time we were there. Other than that, the stay was very comfortable and if we come back to Branson this will definitely be my first choice ”

“We were very happy with the Condo we were assigned. It was situated off the yellow route in a quiet area. The listing stayed the location was a short walk from the strip, this was not the case. The condo had a full size coffee maker, and there was a charcoal grill on site. There were minor maintenance issues that a person not attending to details would overlook. We left a note when we left. ”
