“酒店位於Lauterbrunnen站附近，坐火車停站前已經可以望到。走路大約5-10分鐘路程,有斜路、樓梯，但也算輕鬆。酒店職員友善，英文不錯！我的是山景房間，雪景很美。旁邊是到Mürren 的cable car ，上到去可以看到007的取景場地雪朗峰。雖然旁邊是纜車站，但噪音也不大，關了窗就沒有聲音。”

“The room is extremely dirty. Rubbish is found in the wardrobe and under the bed. Washroom is also extremely dirty. The water drainage is very bad.The air conditioner is out-dated and the room is extremely hot. ”

“1. 離火車站雖然很近，且飯店對面就有coop超市，但屬於熱鬧區所以會比較吵雜 2. 房間內的整潔乾淨，沒有冷氣設備只能開窗，陽台的植物味道非常臭，可能因為植物關係時不時有昆蟲飛到房間內，🔺房間的隔音非常非常差，如果想好好休息的建議選別家飯店 3. 早餐選擇性不多，還算好吃，飯店人員有點看人下菜，有些兩人坐四人位子的沒有被驅趕，但當我詢問時卻說團體客較多所以不能讓我坐四人桌🙃 標準不一⋯⋯ 飯店價格很高，並未能得到等值的服務，推薦大家可以住鄰近的小鎮，這邊住一天真的大致上都逛完了”

“One day, i was too late to come back to the hotel and found i forgot the access card in the room. I was locked outside of this hotel. I pressed the button on the wall for help. A staff member of them came to open the door for me in twenty minutes without scolding me and making any complaints. I appreciated her help.🙂 ”
