“Big clean home with lots of room!”

“This is a comfortable place to spend a few days in Richmond and the pictures in the listing tell the story accurately. Steps from Perly's, Stella's grocery and everything else downtown, yet feels calm and quiet in the apartment.There was a persistant acrid smell, like burnt rubber or wires in the bathroom the whole time, which would not clear even with the exhaust fan. “Nice apartment within a larger old building. Perfect for our evening out. We did dinner at Rappahannock (2 blocks away) and a show at The National (5 or 6 blocks). And best part was the walk up pizza place across the street. We got a couple slices at 12:30 am on the way back home. No issues with this place. ”

“Property was great! Two small things that need to be change; 1. Closet needs an actual closet hanging bar, the curtain rod is not sturdy and insufficient to hang clothes during stay. 2. Need a real deadbolt.”
