Relaxing, beautiful decor

Quaint beautifully decorated, fireplace was wonderful. Not happy having to dispose of trash??, shower needs more cleaning attention. Lots of books to enjoy and blankets for chilly nights!

Great Respite!

This was a wonderful place to chill, relax, enjoy the geese, deer and serenity. The lack of Internet was a surprise but we enjoyed being disconnected for a few days. Read, pray and relax. Loved the antiques, bed was awesome, close to town but far enough to be secluded.

Mostly wonderful

This is a cute, cozy cottage with a wonderful fireplace and lots of woods in back. The wifi was great, and it was great that they allow dogs. The kitchen is pretty basic but fine, the bedroom and bathroom are fine and the main living room is rustic and comfy. The only reason it wasn't completely wonderful is that even with all the electric heaters going it was still a bit cold and drafty. The cottage isn't energy efficient. Granted, we were there during a particularly cold time. We'd happily return during the other 3 seasons.
