“We wanted something close to UC Berkeley for dropping off a freshman grandson. Everyone wanted to come so this place had plenty of space for all of us. It was clean and comfortable. It’s located on a nice enough street that felt safe. Easy drive to the college We’d come back.”

“Alex was a great host. He was proactive when he noticed the temp dropping in the house and wanted to get it taken care of ASAP. We liked the temp at 67 so we weren’t concerned but Alex reached out to me directly to make sure we were okay. Beautiful little space. Perfect for my husband and I. It was adorable, clean, had plenty of coffee and options for coffee. The neighbor helps with the trash and was also super friendly. I would absolutely recommend this VRBO, and truly, any VRBO that Alex has.……

“Great location in the city, spectacular views; kitchen and common areas very nice; but odd bedroom/bath layout - one bedroom has two separate attached baths that are nice/large, two BRs must share a smaller bath, and one basement BR has its own bath. Parts of the home were very nice/elegant, but some of the furnishings, towels, supplied toiletries etc. should have been nicer for the price. ”

“Our stay in SF visiting family was made better by staying in this area (great location!) and home. It was comfortable - from the beds, safety features, the amenities in the kitchen/bathrooms and to the well-stocked/tasty snacks - which were unexpected and thoughtful. Husband and I stayed on the lower level with its own bathroom and coffee bar - very nice touch. We used the futon in the living room for our 12 yo and he was happy to have his own space close to the kitchen. Check in/out was……
