Toilet seat and bowl had dried-in spots on them. Not many, but clearly visible and the cleaning crew obviously dos not have not the time to care about those details: detergents had been applied but these spots missed. The brush was soiled. Now I could clean the toilet some more without a problem but a) for 130 bucks I expect spotless plus it b) raises the follow-up question: what else did they omit? TV remote? door handles? fridge?
The "can't open windows" approach is one thing, I don't like it but as it's part of the energy deal I can see the point. The ventilation, though, comes up audible on regular settings, not "boost", not just for start-up so if you are susceptible to being disturbed in your sleep by such events you better are ok with wearing earplugs at night. Hint: provide some in the rooms, there's quite some noise from the street coming in.
Plus for air conditioning. Mitsubishi, top equipment.
Bed comfy, above what I expected.
