“My only complaint against this place would be that I'd like to see more power outlets in the rooms I've stayed in. My wife & I have smart watches, tablets and phones that need charging, plus I sleep with a CPAP machine, so we're power hogs. Other than that, I love the Guest House. It's my favorite place to stay in Memphis.”

“The open garage had non guests hanging out and just seemed so unsecured and sign posted "not responsible for items in car" Well, we had to check out and free breakfast was longer than expected. So we had to pay additional $50 for an hour of late checkout to keep luggage in room. Never again. ”

“The Hyatt Centric is perfectly located walking distance between Beale St and the Mississippi River. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. If you’re looking to dine out and explore there are a lot of nice restaurants walking distance, no need to drive. If you don’t want to go out, the hotel has dining options too! Staff is great, Jesus was exceptional during check in, warm and friendly, service like that is a reason to come back! Thank you Hyatt for a perfect NYE evening. ”
