The Space:
The Local @ Coler is a 6-unit urban art complex. This purpose built community hosts indoor / outdoor experiences throughout the property - some of them obvious, some will require a little exploring. Located half a mile from Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, Local @ Coler is a unique little hideaway with a lot of personality! Outdoor murals and interior artwork by street artist Sasha Rayevskiy.

In addition to your accommodation, we also offer you the exclusive opportunity to book our speakeasy, The Agency. Please note that booking The Agency is by request, and availability is limited. We recommend reaching out in advance to secure your reservation for this exclusive experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to elevate your stay, The Agency promises an enchanting and memorable night.

From Coler, we’re a quick ride to the heart of Downtown Bentonville, Walmart Home Office, and a hub of MTB friendly restaurants, shops and pubs. Everything about this urban retreat, including location, amenities, layout, and perks, has been carefully and thoughtfully designed for our guests.

This condo is within a 6-unit community. We welcome everyone, from the lone traveler to large groups. The entire Local @ Coler experience can be made available for events or retreats, accommodating up to 20 people comfortably.

The open concept living room was designed with comfortable seating and a streaming-ready smart TV with soundbar, also equipped with a home assistant. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances and guest amenities giving you the opportunity to cook meals during your stay or host a small gathering with family and friends. The space also includes a balcony with a bartop to enjoy your sunrise coffee or sunset cocktail.

Unit 4 sleeps up to 2 people. The queen bedroom is set with luxurious bed linens and urban artwork. We have 1 pristine bathroom, replenished with ultra plush towels and bath essentials. Parking is available in the parking lot directly in front of the property. Full floor plan including bedroom and bathroom layout is provided at the end of our listing photos.

After your session on the Coler trails, our bike wash station is conveniently located outside of our secure bike storage room. As you make your way to the backyard, passing the mural by street artist Sasha Rayevskiy (@tigersasha), you will discover our one of a kind courtyard that features a custom fire pit, a triple-function grill, and an upcycled grain silo. This outside bar is truly a work of art. Our courtyard is perfect for your gatherings with friends, family or fellow travelers.

Beyond the courtyard and tucked away in the trees, you will find our secret garden, a great spot to relax and decompress. We hope that these unique and inviting spaces will create lifelong memories for all of our guests!

Coler Mountain Bike Preserve is a popular mountain biking destination located in Bentonville, Arkansas. It is a 300-acre area that features over 16 miles of trails specifically designed for mountain biking. The preserve is operated by the Walton Family Foundation and is part of the larger network of mountain biking trails in the area. The trails at Coler Mountain Bike Preserve are designed to challenge riders of all skill levels. The trails are well-maintained and feature a variety of terrain, including rock gardens, jumps, berms, and technical features. One of the unique features of Coler Mountain Bike Preserve is the Oz Trails System, which connects over 300 miles of mountain biking trails in the Northwest Arkansas region. This makes it easy for riders to explore different areas and experience a wide variety of terrain and riding conditions. In addition to the trails, Coler Mountain Bike Preserve offers amenities such as a skills park, a pump track, and restrooms. There is also a bike rental shop located nearby for those who do not have their own equipment. Overall, Coler Mountain Bike Preserve is a must-visit destination for mountain bikers of all skill levels who are looking for a challenging and rewarding riding experience in the beautiful Arkansas landscape. Guest Access:
A code will be provided to access the front door and bike storage room. Guests will have access to the entire complex and communal amenities mentioned above. The guest amenities provided in our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room are enough to get you started during a trip. We do not provide an excess amount of amenities for more than a couple of days. Guests are responsible for purchasing these items if they run out during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Downtown Bentonville is a vibrant area located just a few miles from Coler Mountain Bike Preserve. The area has undergone significant revitalization in recent years and is now a popular destination for locals and visitors alike.

One of the main attractions in downtown Bentonville is the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, which is located in a beautiful natural setting and features a collection of American art from the Colonial era to contemporary times. The museum also has a variety of outdoor trails and gardens to explore.

In addition to the museum, downtown Bentonville has many restaurants, cafes, and shops to explore. The area has a mix of historic buildings and modern developments, giving it a unique and eclectic feel. Visitors can also enjoy a variety of events and festivals throughout the year, including live music, farmers markets, and holiday celebrations.

The Local @ Coler is a 6-unit urban art complex. If you would like to book another unit located within our complex, contact us directly and we will send you the links to view all 6 individual units.

As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3%* charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed. *3% charge only applies if Stay NWA is responsible for payment collection.
