'Skiing Red' is what we have named unit 208 and it recently got a head-to-toe remodel in the winter of 2024, making it unlike any other condo in the building! Within walking distance of multiple breweries, restaurants, Drake Park, and the Deschutes Historical Museum, this condo can host up to two guests, making it perfect for a romantic getaway or a solo retreat!
Outside, you'll love the private patio, perfect for evenings of admiring the stars, as well as beautiful Pioneer Park being directly next door! Inside, you'll find a unique, modern studio with stylish, colorful furnishings. The open space combines a seating area with a streaming-capable smart TV, a comfy queen bed and a gas fireplace that provides warmth and ambience with the flick of a switch! Thoughtfully designed to maximize its square footage, you will also find a full kitchen decked out with all modern appliances, dishes and cookware so you won't have to rely on restaurants every time hunger strikes.
The full bathroom is just as beautiful as the rest of the condo, complete with a tiled a bathtub/shower combo so you can soak those bones after a long day of adventuring around Bend!
Scenic downtown Bend is just 0.5 miles away, and if you're not in the mood to drive the three whole minutes, try taking a leisurely 10 minute stroll along the peaceful Deschutes River Trail which borders the back of our property and leads you directly into the heart of downtown!
Feel free to stay a little longer here because we have an on-site laundry room so you can wash some clothes mid-stay. Additionally, there is an indoor heated pool and hot tub which are open year round from 9am-10pm.
