“Came to Bend for a Golf event and this place was right around the corner from where we needed to be. Beautiful community, the pool is great with a little library box and hostess was very attentive and helpful.”

“We were right on the river trail. Walked into town daily. Everything was great. Will stay again. It was a little difficult finding our room when arriving. Also, pool was closed as we booked to have a swim with our grandkids. Otherwise, a good value for our vacation dollar. ”

“The view was for sure the best part of this cute little room. But the beds were so uncomfortable (why not a king bed)?! The seating was also uncomfortable. Just a few updates and it is spot on! Check in was a breeze! We showed up about 20 min early for check in. After driving through a blizzard( mini blizzard) the very nice girl at check in was so nice and and was a delight! It really is beautiful just a few updates.”

“My daughter and I enjoyed the house and thought it was very comfortable and clean! The only feedback I would say is to add a table lamp in family room because the ceiling lights could be pretty bright (unless I missed a dimmer option). And not sure if this is something typically provided, but we neglected to buy sugar for coffee and we assumed there would be some at the house. Loved the binder with info about the area and places to eat and shop as well as accessing that info online. Thanks!”

“We didn’t want to leave this sweet, comfortable, clean cottage! It was marvelous to leave the car at home and walk to the river front and so many delightful eateries. Don was a wonderful host who anticipated all our needs. The garden was divine with a stunning paper bark birch tree and a family of 4 deer outside the kitchen table window. This cottage was very well planned (outlets just where you need them) and well equipped (nice kitchenware!). We hope to return soon.”

“Our experience could not have been better. The house was located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood a mere five-minute walk from the First Street Rapids Park on the Deschutes River. The house was fully equipped with supplies and we did not lack for anything, particularly in the kitchen, which had every kitchen tool one could ever require. Our host was wonderful and accommodating. An added bonus was that the house was a 15-minute walk from Central Oregon Locavore, a co-op grocery store that……

“We loved the convenient location respective the amphitheater. We were able to walk to the concert and stop at one of favorite breweries along the way. The property was very quiet, peaceful, clean, and cozy. The bed is very comfy and the river view was lovely to wake up to. I would highly recommend this property !”
