“Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars……

“We had an absolutely phenomenal time at the Patio Hotel. My husband and I went with our two young children (11m and almost 3yo). Our accomodation was basically an appartrment and had EVERYTHING we could need for two kids. I can't tell you what a relief staying here was, to know your needs were looked after. Special shoutout to the staff who ran the kids club - so warm and energetic with my children as well as to the manager who checked in on us several times. But all the staff was perfectly……

“The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to……

“This is an amazing property! Great beach and pool areas. I assume it gets really crowded in July and August. June the crowds were manageable. All restaurants and bars were good. Easy ride into Old Town Family friendly with kids areas and pizza restaurant option. Good for grandparents also, although a lot of walking if you want yo get down to beach. Know that beach chairs and umbrellas aren't included. Extra charge. No extra charge for pool area. Night Club wasn't opening until……

“Booked a studio apartment last minute for 3 nights. Smart hotel, good security. Very friendly staff. Lovely pools as well as an indoor pool. Comfortable outdoor area. Spacious well equipped room, we did end up in a disabled room despite full fitness! Did feel if you were disabled there was only a shower over the bath which was quite high to get into, not a problem for us though. Had a nice meal in the lovely restaurant. Good parking. ”
