“Cute little place! 30 minutes from San Francisco Pier 39 area. We easily got an Uber for travel. Nice neighborhood with a market within a 15. walk. Definitely enjoyed the stay here! Note: the bathroom door knob needs updated. If you shut the door all the way. You get locked in the bathroom and cannot get out. ”

“What do you most care about when you’re looking to rent a place? I know what we most care about. Is the bed comfortable? Yes, it is. Is the place clean? Absolutely. Is it quiet? Perfectly quiet and still. Is it within walking distance of the village? It is. And it’s a good walk. But you can also drive your car. There’s plenty of parking. Are the owners nice and easy to deal with? More than that, they are kind and thoughtful. In fact, I really didn’t even want to tell you how wonderful this place……

“Enjoyed a weekend away here to focus on my writing. Despite a day of torrential rain, the place was cozy and bright (nice skylights.) And the little creek running alongside, waking up to the Redwoods, and ease of communication made the whole visit wonderful. ”

“The property is beautiful and peaceful. We had a wonderful time there. The hosts were very responsive when we had any questions. Check in was easy and straightforward and we were permittited to arrive early after our very long drive. An additional bed was provided for my toddler to sleep on the day we arrived. Parking was alright for my car, which is a compact, but I imagine it would be tight for a bigger vehicle. We did accidently trip the breaker a couple times by running the microwave while……

“The studio cottage was perfect for my month visiting UC Berkeley. It was exactly as described, everything was functional and fresh. It was also a great find and luxury to have our own laundry. It is in a quiet area, yet about a 5 minutes walk from Trader Joes and restaurants. Easy to get around by walking, city bike, and bus. Good walking distance to the university also. Swami and Lata were very kind and accommodating; whenever I had a question they were very quick to respond and generous with……

“The host, Eda, was an absolute delight. At the beginning of our stay, my wife had a fall at the place we were staying the night before we arrived at Eda's, and was unable to get around easily. She was most kind and caring about our situation and did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The property is very relaxing with lots of plants, outdoor furniture, a hot tub and lots of visiting birds to watch (particularly the hummingbirds)! We would definitely stay again.……
