“House was very clean. Beds were real comfy. All appliances worked and were real clean clean. Only complaint was shortage of wash clothes and kitchen supplies. We bought some plates because there were only 3 small and 3 large. Not enough for even 2 meals. Couches were also very uncomfortable . Backs were very low and hard on neck ”

“Loved the location and the house was beautiful. Tons of sleeping options for a large group or large family. The only "bad" thing I could say is there are no blackout blinds or curtains so if you like to sleep in at all, I would plan accordingly. ”

“Stayed here with my family and 3 other couples. Everyone was comfortable. I was the booker so the pressure was on but everyone loved the house and the location. Love the fact that most bedrooms had a bathroom with iObviously this is a newer property so some things need completing like window treatments in the master bathroom. I was worried since the photos seemed to be mostly on the outside but the house did not disappoint at all. ”

“We enjoyed staying here so much! We came for the Blue Angel home coming show & didn’t stay on the beach bc my two young kids have a terrible skin reaction between the sand and the salt water. They loved “swimming” in the hot tub. Everything was clean and easy access. It’s located in an old family neighborhood and on Halloween everyone was out w their kiddos trick or treating or on golf carts. We loved the vibe! Would definitely stay here again! ”

“Property was great - just steps from the beach. House was very spacious with modern amenities. It was very clean and well stocked with accommodations for various needs of guests. We did want to note that upon arrival, we noticed that some of the porch and patio furniture was broken. But other than that - everything was wonderful! ”

“Sandy Nest was great for our family vacation. The house was well stocked and extremely clean when we arrived. The pool was in close proximity and the community is very quiet at night. Overall, great place to stay!”

“Nice home- downstairs room is a little misleading, no access to the main house from inside. Only way to get into main house was from outside, which during a blizzard made it difficult with the steps. Nice outdoor furniture & places to gather but too cold to use. Downstairs is heated by space heater. Would recommend some hooks to hang towels or jackets. Also, plates/cups/silverware/paper towels down in kitchenette area would be nice. Main house bedrooms are nice size, but master's shower is very……

“My husband and I stayed at this property for the weekend. We were in Pensacola for a friends wedding. This townhouse was very spacious. Extremely clean. We were even surprised how clean the grill was because most of the time you can’t use the grill that are at these rentals. It was nicely decorated and an excellent stocked kitchen. Very close walk to the beach. I would recommend renting this townhouse. ”

“Communication with management easy! Condo beautiful with up to date decor and furnishings. Ample cookware and dishes for our needs. Comfortable beds. Nice open floor plan so we could all do different activities, but stay within the same vicinity. Loved being able to sit on balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal. Opening the balcony doors to let air in and hear the waves made it even more enjoyable! Hated to leave!”
