「The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 」

「We appreciated the upgrade to the Presidential Suite! But it really did need some upgrades. The sagging wallpaper and the paper thin towels. And the water temp in the shower fluctuated so much it was a real challenge. But the bed was very comfortable and the staff was great.」

「The pool area is very humid due to the hot tub. It smells like chlorine down the hall. Neither of these have stopped us from returning or from using the pool, just a note. Beds are comfortable. We stay here every time we visit Bellingham. Don't miss the turn (right after Fred Meyers) because then it's tricky getting back to the parking lot (lots of U-turns). Starbucks across the parking lot, if you're picky about your coffee. Breakfast is edible. Staff is super friendly and nice.」
