“Stayed with two of our adult children to watch the UM-MSU game. This is the second time we have rented this house in Dexter. We used to own a condo in downtown Ann Arbor, so we were initially concerned about how much different it is in Dexter and downtown Ann Arbor. But we love Dexter. We went to the coffee shop twice, the bakery, and the pub (twice as well). We obviously came back, so it was enjoyable.”

“We were in town for a wedding. We needed a big space to accommodate doing wedding prep work. It worked for that purpose. The kitchen was VERY slim and the utensils were lacking as the few that were available were broken. The ice maker was broken in the fridge. Spices were very lacking as well. All of the mattresses must be 30 years old. And were stained with a few having mattress covers. Owner said we broke a door but we did not. So be careful and get the insurance if you choose to stay……

“Me and my 3 gf’s had a wonderful time. The weather was great and the deck right next to the water is awesome!! There were some things that were broken in the house that were like that when we arrived. It didn’t affect our stay unless we wanted to hide the oven. The lack of an outlet by the sink in the bathroom was a problem. We had to do your hair in one of the bedrooms. The decorations are cute but some repairss are needed. It was one of the more reasonable priced ones though.”

“I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was very cozy and I loved the decor. The only thing I would say is that the tub/shower should be recaulked but other than that I would stay here again when I come back.”

“Nicole’s place is great for a large group of friends or family. There’s lots of activities, the property is spacious and Nicole was prompt at responding whenever we had any questions. ”
