My wife runs each morning and she was able to run through downtown PTown with ease; so very, very close but far enough away so there are no crowds. A perfectly beautiful beach with great views and privacy - just perfect. Not a big please so pay attn to the Host's words but very clean, very "Cape Cod" so if you're looking for true "Cape" then this is it - sand in the toes, wind in your face, salt air,……

“My partner and I along with our 7 month old and our cat stayed for two weeks at the beginning of December. We were looking for a place to relax and be together before the holidays. Solymar was the perfect find. The cottage is beautiful and cozy. It was just what we were looking for. We will miss waking up to the amazing views of the ocean every morning. “My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Wellfleeter cottage number 9. We put our 10 and 6 year old on the room with two twin beds and the 4 year old in the room with a full. My husband and I took the queen. The Cottage was very well stocked with basic spices, olive oil, balsamic, and dish towels. Big pots are in the basement. There are plenty of plates, mugs, cups, including kid-friendly non-breakable options. We loved the toys in the closet and the beach toys in the basement. The location……

“The Iris cottage has been renovated beautifully - new tight windows, comfortable beds, blinds that work, clever bathroom design, comfortable furniture. These improvements made our stay that much more pleasant. And of course, the location simply is the best.”

“This was my third time staying at the Wellfleeter cottage. It’s a small charming cottage with close access to the beach. The kitchen and bedrooms are very well equipped and it has a lovely Cape Cod feel about it. Restaurants and art galleries are within walking distance. I look forward to a return visit.”
