The staircase is very tiny and wasn’t easy going up and down for adults but we made it work! Kids loved it!! It was cozy and comfortable. Beautiful in this area! We can’t wait to come back in the spring. We did have garbage disposal and dishwasher issues but it didn’t hamper our stay! Overall it was fantastic and we will rent again!! ”

“Well laid out, clean property with responsive and helpful owner made this stay enjoyable. One glaring exception for our group was the extremely small kitchen…only room for one person with very limited counter space for meal preparation. Check-in instructions were incorrect and no check-out instructions were minor issues but puzzling.”

“The Tiny Ranch House was great. It was very clean & had all the amenities I needed for my 2 night stay. & you can visit with the farm animals! Don't be intimidated by the somewhat rural location - it's easy to find & convenient to the town of Vilonia. Ideal for 1 person or a couple, but no more than that.”
