“Took my 89 year old mom to visit the house her Grandfather, Frank Enger, built and mother grew up in. What an amazing experience to stay in this incredible home, not only for my mom, but for my sister, myself and our daughters. The house is stunning and Matt could not have been a better host. He gave us a full tour of the house and we shared stories about our family history. Matt was very responsive to all our needs. Trip of a lifetime for my mom. Can't recommend this place enough.”

“We had a busy weekend in Cinic and really needed somewhere to rest. Well this place was that and WAY more. My teens want to rent it again to be able to spend more time there! It had comfortable beds, it was walking distance to a lot of cool stuff, it had a lot of things to do inside. Not to mention it was a cool turn of the century home that has been renovated so it was a lot of charm. We also loved the quirky decorations! Definitely will rent again!”

“We were in town for Xavier graduation weekend. This house was perfect! It was close to everything: Xavier, UC, downtown, restaurants, etc. The house clean, well stocked, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. “We enjoyed our stay here. Quick one night stop to watch the ball game. Great location, free parking and a lovely space. Nice restaurant on the corner to grab some food and coffee in the morning. Only downside was we had 3 people and it was advertised that the couch was a pull out for sleeping but there were signs inside saying no sleeping on it so that was a bit confusing and there were no sheets provided for pull out. “This apartment is in a great location. There are so many great restaurants and bars in the area that are all walkable. Most other things (zoo, aquarium) are about a 10 minute drive. If you’re parking your car at 3CDC, expect to pay $20/night so factor that cost in. The parking garage is very convenient and also has EV chargers. It’s city living so expect to hear all the noises from outside and from the apartment above. I think this place is ideal for 2 couples or a guys/girls weekend. Our bed……
