“If you need an affordable trip with tons of things to do, this is a great place to stay. Tons of great restaurants and activities all in walking distances. Clean and comfy for a night in too. Only con we experienced is an extremely soft mattress but that’s subjective and doesn’t affect ta perfect 10/10 rating. ”

“We made a roundtrip and this was, especially when it comes to cleanness and comfort, by far our favorite (it is literally neat and tidy :) ). The accomodation is in a nice quiet neighborhood. On top there are some kinds of snacks prepared. That rounded it up. When we come back to the Dayton area this will be the first place we'll want to stay.”

“The location was perfect for our needs but very busy train tracks. Spacious with high ceilings and comfortable furniture and beds. Small bathroom with great hot water. Coffee maker didn’t work well and would benefit from new carpet. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. Filtered water in fridge was welcome. ”

We were able to gather for visits very comfortably as a group of 8 for dinners and the 4 of us had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time in Dayton in the house each morning and afternoon. “This was an older apartment building in a nice neighborhood, mostly made up of private homes. I'm a walker, so was happy to find a nice walking trail close by. People I encountered were extremely friendly; seems like a nice safe area. Comfortable bed and other furnishings. My biggest complaint was that everything in the kitchen was covered with a greasy film, even the light fixture. Possibly wouldn't matter to anyone except a clean freak like me. I do not recommend the company that can be paid a……
