“From check in to check out we Do not have a single complaint. Room was clean and spacious. We stayed in the queen suite with fireplace. Staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. The woman that checked us in and was there all evening was so incredible, she was the perfect person to give off a first impression of this place! Breakfast also had many options, was organized and very tasty. Would stay again ”

“Went for a night away, we don’t live far so this was a great choice! Friendly staff, clean room we didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. Breakfast buffet had a lot of cool choices. Overall, a very nice getaway for one night for price!”

“I ordered a room with a king size bed. Received something else. I was told this only seems to happen when ordering via 3rd party. So moving forward i will follow up with a phone call. Didn't have this issue at Marriott. Beautiful indoor poll. Chef made me a breakfast sandwich i couldnt believe came out of that kitchen. It was amazing. Outside 2 days post snow storm, no walk ways or grounds appeared to be shoveled (it appears to be an ohio thing, from Cleveland to Columbus was the same, they……
