Quiet neighborhood. On a canal that leads out to the river and bay. Kayaks on property for use. Covered parking under house. Fenced in yard. Large front deck overlooking water, and small deck off bedroom to enjoy your morning coffee.
5 minute drive to the beach and to Old town for shops, restaurants, and night life.
5 minute drive to the interstate. About one hour from New Orleans and Mobile.
