Really nice loft

Great place in Basalt
This place is terrific! It is surrounded by restaurants and shops, including several boutiques, a bookstore and a bike shop. The condo itself is lovely - great artwork and furnishings, comfy beds and a well-stocked kitchen. The owner also provided a helpful list of recommended local restaurants. Highly recommend!

Good location for mid valley stay
We stayed there in connection with golf and fishing for the week. Amy took care of a couple of issues the TVs and we appreciated her help with that. The location is in the center of some eating places and shopping area. It’s about 20 minutes to the Aspen airport which is helpful. Thanks Amy for letting us stay at your place.

Perfect for skiing at Snowmass!
Four of us stayed here for a quick ski at Snowmass. The condo is perfectly situated about 20 minutes away from the resort. Walking proximity to Starbucks, Whole Foods, and great restaurants is certainly a plus. The condo unit itself was impeccably, decorated and comfortable. An elevator in the building and a heated parking garage were also greatly appreciated. Hope to return next year to this same place!

Perfect stay
I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location was perfect; close to restaurants, shopping and short walk to bus to get to skiing. The unit was so beautiful and comfortable. The fireplace was beautiful and kept us cozy after skiing. Amy was a great host. Great initial communication and very responsive. We had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

Sophisticated, upscale vacation property
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amy's wonderful condo. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the unit and the furnishings. Shopping and restaurants were within easy walking distance. Though we originally preferred to stay closer to Aspen we got used to the commute to the ski areas and did go up to Aspen for shopping and dinner a few times. We would enjoy staying again in the summer months for golf, hiking and biking,

Summer vacation
The condo is in a multi-purpose retail center very convenient to stores, shopping and restaurants. The kitchen is adequate if you eat out most meals but is not for those who like to cook. The master bedroom needs black-out shades and the air conditioning struggles in the master bedroom. Finally, the master bedroom is queen size and the mattress needs updating. Amy, the owner, was awesome!

Perfect Loft and Location
We love this location and Amy's loft was perfect for my husband and I and our two teenagers. So easy to get to Snowmass, Highlands and Aspen but being in a much less crowded area. My husband goes fly fishing so this is the perfect location for him! We walked to Whole Foods and Mezzaluna for dinner one evening along with our usual favorite places we always go to. Amy's loft was spotless and had everything we needed. Very modern and stylish. Also loved having a garage!

Ski Vacation in Basalt, CO
Amy’s condo was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable with high end appliances, furniture and exquisite decor throughout! The location was superb - walking distance to excellent restaurants and shops (and Whole Foods for groceries). The shuttle to world class skiing and dining at Aspen-Snowmass was very close and convenient as well! This place/ location exceeded our expectations and we are definitely going to rent from her again next winter! Amy was super friendly and extremely easy to work with. She answered any questions diligently and gave excellent recommendations on where to eat/ visit in the Roaring Fork Valley! I would very highly recommend her condo in beautiful Basalt, CO if you’re contemplating a vacation there! Keith H.

Amazing loft in a wonderful location
We just rented the loft and was very happy with our stay. The loft was very nice and very stylish. We had our family of five and still had plenty of room for all of us. The loft isn't really that large but it is very well planned out and very comfortable. It was very convenient with a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The bathrooms were very stylish and nice. The water pressure in the showers was amazing and the towels were very thick and plush. It felt like we were staying in a very high end hotel suite. The loft had a nice view overlooking the town center and a view of the mountains. However, the best view was going up to the rooftop deck and seeing the 360 degree view from this cute little area of the valley, it was very gorgeous. The rooftop had a couple of grills and an outdoor fire pit. The location was perfect, it was in this very stylish town center. There are a few restaurants in the town center (with a few of them in the building) & also a frozen yogurt place right down the street. The Whole Foods was only a block away and they had anything that you would need. Since my wife needs her espresso every morning to function, the Starbucks couldn't have been in a more perfect spot. So every morning I would use my mobile phone app to place our order. I would then walk out our building and one block to the south and voila our order was ready and sitting on the counter, no waiting. There are a number of other little shops in the town center but we didn't check them out. The building was very quiet at all times of the day. It was nice that there was underground parking in the building. The elevator took us from the parking garage (basement level) directly up to the second floor. The location of the loft really was perfect. It was an easy 18 minute drive into Aspen and about the same into Glenwood Springs. But it still had all of the services one would need if you decided to stay in for the day. Lastly the owner couldn't have made our stay any better. Literally five minutes after I had booked this stay, she called me to answer my questions. The morning of our check-in, I texted here with another question and she texted back almost immediately. She has thought of everything that would make the loft perfect for your vacation stay. Thank you Amy, we will be back :)

Wonderful visit

Beautiful place and amazing location
The place was fantastic, the views were incredible, and the location was perfect! Very quiet, very safe area. Free EV charging just around the corner. Having Starbucks and Whole Foods across the street was a huge bonus! Owner was super easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Modern, comfortable, has everything you need. Great location. Can walk to restaurants, grocery store, and Starbucks. 30-40 minute drive to skiing. Underground garage was a real bonus with cold weather.
