“This is a wonderful location, very tranquil but also easy to get to beaches and other places of interest. The property was spotless and nicely decorated. Communication with the host was excellent - lots of helpful tips and very responsive. Bring your own linen - I hadn't realised but was able to hire some. Otherwise, it is well equipped, comfortable and we loved it. There is a shop in the village for essentials otherwise Lesparre is only 15 minutes drive for everything you could need. We enjoyed……

“Le ClosLe Bosq ist ein kleines Paradies in einem kleinen, verschlafenen Dorf an der Gironde. Von St. Christoly aus lassen sich Ausflüge machen in die berühmten Weinanbaugebiete des Médoc, nach Bordeaux und an die traumhaften Strände der Atlantikküste. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 15 Autominuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet; es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist wirklich groß und sauber. Der Gastgeber Patrick steht jederzeit gern für Nachfragen zur Verfügung und hat……

“Le gîte Martin est spacieux et conforme au descriptif. L'équipement et la propreté sont irréprochables, La literie est très bonne et la vue sur les vignes magnifique! Les terrasses et surtout la piscine sont superbes. Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables à 7 personnes (4 adultes et 3 enfants). Isabelle et Jean-Paul sont des hôtes très agreábles, discrets, mais présent lorsqu'on a besoin d'un conseil. La région est trés belle et il y a foule d'activités possibles.”

“Lovely property with antique furniture that suited the essence of the barn-style house. Beds were very nice and big. Everything was clean and well-kept. Quite surroundings and enough parking. Part of the property is a B&B, but we had our own private section and hardly saw any other guests. Beautiful well maintained garden, big trees and flowers, large swimming pool with enough sunbeds. “Sehr gut. Das Haus lag in einem Ortsteil von Saujon, nur 20 km vom Atlantik entfernt. Wir bevorzugten als Strand die Côte Sauvage , aber auch die Strände entlang der Küste um Royan waren sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Vorteil , nicht direkt an der Küste zu wohnen: französische Lebensart abseits der Touristenmeilen zu erleben . Märkte , Cafés , Boulangerien, Feste , kleine Restaurants und Bistros , Kirchen und Abteien . Und natürlich speziell in der Region : Austern und andere Meeresfrüchte absolut……
