“Everything was so nice! A lot better than what I expected for the price! The view off the balcony was off the top of a roof but you can also see the bridge so it was 100% worth it! The entrance doors locked at a certain time so it was very safe! Great area walking distance from everything. Only thing i would have to say is bundle up because i tried to cut the heat on due to them having the air on 60 when we walked in but it wouldn’t come on. ”

“We loved our stay at this house. Highly recommended! The location was perfect for the things we needed. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The living room is set up nice so we could all sit around to talk. The kitchen is very well supplied and a great size. The bathrooms are nice and very clean. A few things I would change. The beds in the master bedroom and the larger room upstairs have mattresses that are saggy in the middle and are not super……

“It was very nice. Quite central. I would simplify the TV controls (Roku). The 3 remotes are quite confusing. ”

“Condo was very nice and exactly like the description. Finding the entrance was a challenge and not well marked especially finding it in the dark. Interior of building needed some attention for cleaning and smell but once you enter the condo it was perfect and well maintained. We enjoyed the sun pouring through the windows and the view over the park. The condo was within walking distance of Beale Street, the Peacock hotel and restaurants. ”

My only note is that the house faces a busy street. So you do hear some street noise in the front of the house. If you require quiet sleeping, use the back bedroom.”

“We stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect for our needs. The house was a great size and in a good neighborhood. The decor really got us in the mood to explore all Memphis had to offer! It was clean, well kept, and the check in and check out processes were super easy. Would 10/10 stay again.”

“Exterior was a little worrisome....appeared dirty with bars on windows and sidewalk somewhat crumbled. However, interior was nice and clean and was exactly as advertised...very comfortable. Would stay again”

“This was a family getaway with four adults and six children. It accommodated us well. The kids enjoyed the game room and there was plenty of room for us to have our own space. Plenty of space for two cars to park under the covered space. The neighborhood was quiet, but location was great as we could quickly access plenty of shops and restaurants.
