Booked a room standard room with two double beds for my sister in law and I through Expedia, once we got to our room there was one queen bed only. I went back to the front desk and they kept telling me they were fully booked and didn’t have our proper room available with no explanation why we didn’t get it on the first place. I asked for a second room and that wasn’t an option. They kept insisting took bring us cot and take 25$ off the bill, I paid 268$ for a low end hotel, this wasn’t going to happen. I then asked for a full refund and we were going to find a new hotel, the manager then came out, after waiting for him another 15 minutes he said “no worries sir we will give you a room with two double beds like I was at wrong because I got the incorrect room.Obviously had spare emergency rooms available, why did I need to waste all this time and threat to leave to get my room. Also the hot tub was none functional,of course just like last time I stayed here the hot tub was not functioning either, you would think the front desk lady would know of this issue and advise the customers asking about the hot tub especially when you ask her twice because you seen a sign a the hot tub itself, asking other st the pool the hot tub has been closed for the last 2 days.
