THE SERVICE HOUSE.

The property: LARGE ENCLOSED LAND: 600 m², 2 spaces enclosed by high walls for your privacy, security, that of your children, your animals. Sheets (the beds are prepared for your arrival), household linen, towels (2/pers), fireplace wood (90l), are FREE. BADMINTON and PETANQUE court (8 rackets, 14 balls), TABLE TENNIS and rackets. 10 bicycles, baby bike seats, stroller, fishing service, beach games. Garden: 2 garden furniture, 4 Chilean chairs, 4 Deckchairs, WIFI Internet. DVD, + 100 books. Very many board games. Real hydromassage shower 2 people 1m x 1m.

REMEMBER TO BOOK EARLY. Many reservations are made more than 6 months before the stay.

In a listed seaside resort, 5 minutes walk from the beach, very comfortable property (9 people) with large garden and many services. The spirit of the house: a place WITHOUT WORRIES, where we come, without worrying about whether there will be our favorite kitchen utensils, whether we will have to take care of the beds, whether babies, children, parents, grandparents, athletes, animals, will have what they need. Our goal: to make your stay easier. With a large number of facilities available, you have as little as possible to take with you. It is a house OF SERVICES. 12 services are included in the rental.

Security deposit 1500 €.

RESERVATION - To reserve a deposit of 25% will be required.
The tourist tax (5.5% of the rental amount) is to be paid to the owner.
CANCELLATION - In the event of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded.

We offer PROMOTIONAL RATES to small groups. If the group is larger, for each additional person, you must add €98 extra for the week for each additional person (regardless of the actual duration of the person's presence).

THE SERVICE HOUSE: The house is completely independent. The owner does not live on site. The house offers many services included in the rental price.

On site: Sports: 10 bikes (all ages, all sizes), badminton, table tennis, pétanque, beach games.
Public and free basketball courts nearby (50m). Tennis 50m away. Ball provided.

2. COMFORT SERVICES
For example, all beds are made upon your arrival (duvets). Household linen and towels (2 per person) are provided.

3. WORRY-FREE SERVICES
Your stay is simple: upon entering, you have everything: hygiene, kitchen, from baking paper to dishwasher products, everything is provided. For our friends from Europe and around the world: international channels.

4. BABY SERVICE
2 baby beds and sets, a baby monitor, a baby bath, a changing mat, two high chairs, two baby bike carriers.

5. PET SERVICE
Dogs OF ALL SIZES and cats are also welcome (bowls, litter boxes for cats), the walled grounds allow them to stay in complete safety. Beyond 4 animals or in the case of special animals, please contact us.

ENTRY AND EXIT TIMES.
The house is completely independent. The owner does not live nearby. This gives the tenant full enjoyment of the property without any inconvenience of proximity. Check-ins are on Saturday at 5 p.m., check-outs at 10 a.m.
KEY BOX. If the house is ready before 5 p.m., you will receive a text message with the code for a key box on the day of your entry, at the time the house is ready. The entry code is never sent before the house is ready. Entry can also be made after 5 p.m. with the key box.
If you want other times, please ask us. Check-outs cannot be made after 10 a.m.

RESERVATION TERMS
For a complete request, with the information requested above, made more than one month before the date of the stay:
1. Online reservation (25% deposit) and message from the tenant to the owner with the following information.
- The composition of your family or group (adults/children/babies). Please tell us the ages.
- Your postal address
- A mobile phone number
- Specify if you want the cleaning option (+120€)
- Indicate which animals are accompanying you.
2. Sending of personalized contract by e-mail. (owner to tenant)
3. Return by post or scanned contract by email of the reservation contract (tenant to owner)
3. Confirmation of reservation by post (owner to tenant)
4. One month before the stay: balance, and security deposit by credit card on the site.
5. One month before the stay: holiday insurance certificate and payment of the cleaning option to be sent directly to the owner. (tenant to the owner).

The security deposit is €1,500 (amount of the coverage provided by your bank card via the Abritel, VRBO, Expedia, Homeway, Fewo direkt, etc. websites).

The running costs are included in the price. Namely: 50 Kwh / week of electricity and 4 m3 / week of water, 90 liters of wood / week (which corresponds to 1/4 of one of the two reserves located on either side of the fireplace). Additional consumption will be billed. Prices for October 2024: (wood €24 / 90 liters); electricity €0.2516 / kWh; water €5 / m3). The EDF and water rates applied will be those in effect at the time of rental. The running costs included cover the usual consumption (excluding heating) of a family or group. You must nevertheless plan for the possibility of a supplement in the event of additional consumption or of course for heating (electricity and/or wood) depending on the seasons and according to each person's habits.

The end-of-stay cleaning (+120€) is an option and not an obligation.
It is not possible to rent incomplete weeks at a rate pro rata to the number of days. Any week started is due.
The end-of-stay cleaning option: Either you do not take it then you must return the house exactly in the condition (cleaning and tidying) in which you found it when you entered. Or you take it then you do not have to clean at the end of your stay. Which does not exclude enjoying the rental as a "good father". What is the spirit of the cleaning option? It is to allow the tenant not to do the cleaning on the last day, not to dust the premises before leaving the rental. The cleaning option does not correspond to the complete cleaning of a house that has not been cleaned during the entire stay nor to the tidying of the house.
