Extremely comfy bed with beautiful decor, and effective air conditioning. Walking distance to the best, most vibrant area of Newport. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We would recommend emailing with any special requests separately as they did not seem to be receiving messages we sent through Expedia.”

“Staff was super helpful, BUT my dog was barking when they were cleaning the rooms, he was barking, hearing the noise which is expected, and I got a text about it. It's supposed to be pet friendly and barking with noise in the hallway which I warmed the staff about already was my only gripe”

“I travelled with my husband and two older teenage children. It was our first stay in Newport. The inn has an excellent location, amazing views, great rooms, and excellent/helpful staff. There is a parking in front of the inn and the property serves continental breakfast and cookies and coffee in the afternoon. I definitely recommend it!”

“Great boutique hotel! Located near the action by foot and rideshare. Very eclectic and comfortable room, great sheets. Daily breakfast was AMAZING! Thank you to Evelyn whose daily breakfast casseroles were delicious and added a great protein base, along with fruit/yogurt/oatmeal and other tidbits. There's a cozy patio with a firepit for evenings or morning breakfast right outside the main dining area. Chatted with fellow guests here and in the colorful front parlor. Will most definately stay……

“This stay was unexpectedly excellent! My wife and I have never stayed here and were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were very clean. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was great to get your day started. Peter was an extremely knowledgeable resource in helping us plan our days when we didn’t know what we should see. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Very nice stay a 10 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of downtown Newport.”
