“Loved the location, a short walk to the Cliff Walk and The Chanler. About a half mile to Thames. Parking onsite is a wonderful perk. We left our car there and never moved it. Either walked or Uber’d. Breakfast was great. We stayed in Room 12, roomy, immaculate. Would stay there again.”

“This place was so great. I would stay here again in a second. The one small issue is the parking lot is super small and difficult to navigate. But. Not anything terrible. We loved it and would stay again.”

“The property and the location is nice but we stay at the Swann room and it is very small and dark. The bathroom is very small too, the bed is very small and very high. We never stayed in a place too where we never saw a receptionist the whole time. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion.”

“Without a doubt, we will be returning to the Francis Malbone Inn. A true gem. Location was perfect - an easy walk to the harbor and shopping or into town. Did I mention free and ample parking? Friendly and helpful staff!, the rooms were comfortable and immaculate. Amenities - the breakfast each morning was amazing. Coffee came out early followed by baked goods. Then a full breakfast with 2 choices was served at 8am. The lovely Sue sure made sure our breakfasts were memorable! ……

“The property appeared to be new. Our room was BEAUTIFULLY decorated. I would definitely stay there again. Right on the main road, only couple blocks from downtown.”

“Overall the place is very nice but walls are very thin and could hear upstairs guests walking around all night from 3am to 10am so hard to sleep.”

“Perfect location, friendly staff and free breakfast was a plus. Parking is expensive and you have to make sure you are up and paying for the next day by 9am. Had to drive around when we first got there until a spot opened up. Air conditioning in room was hard to adjust temperature. It was clean but definitely dated.”
