「Stay was wonderful, clean, well decorated and exactly as described. The one comment, it does get loud due to street noise. If there is a way to insulate the outside noise from people walking late at night or the cars going by. I used my sound machine app and was fine」

「Cindy was an amazing host who greeted us as soon as we got out of our car. She offered us hot chocolate and told us to meet her inside when we were ready. 「Island House Newport was absolutely perfect. It doesn’t feel like a hotel at all, it truly feels like a home. The space, design, and attention to detail made it incredibly comfortable, especially traveling with our 1-year-old. Everything felt calm, private, and thoughtfully set up for a family stay. 「A very nice hotel. Unfortunately we were in the Victorian Room, which is on the first floor right next to the main reception area and opposite the breakfast room. It was therefore very noisy and we could not sleep, especially after 7am. Thankfully we were relocated to a quieter room after two nights there. Avoid the Victorian Room if you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in. 」
