“Not bad for the price ”

“The staff are all friendly and we have a nice family room”

“well...as the quality of all the aspects of the hotel, the price is way too expensive. The hotel is super old. it was clean in the public area but the room didn't smell good, smell like humidity and old. the all facilities are way too old. I dont wanna use the tub at all! the shower water temperature was not steady. The bed was really hard and uneven, seems something broken underneath. there were many facilities in the hotel campus but they were all very old and not maintained or renovated……

“The hotel was sufficient for my needs. Very central and walkable to shops and restaurants. No elevator. I was in room 304 and it was quite a climb when you have bags or groceries with you. The TV in the room had this weird streak on the screen that distorts the picture. The towels were dingy and needed replacing. Good thing I brought my own. Bed was comfortable enough. Sufficient hot water in the shower. AC was good enough. The floor was questionable. My socks got dirty just walking around the……

“Our stay at the Balay Travelodge in Paoay was great. It was clean and the staff was polite and very helpful. There are lots of shops and food stalls near by, a market too for clothes! Thank you for making our stay wonderful! We will be coming back! ”

“I want to be fair. this is a budget hotel. The main issue was the excessive street noise. we checked in and within 10 minutes checked out. If all you want is a bed with little expectation to sleep then this will work ”

“Place has aura of elegance in the open area where people can sit read talk listen to the piano . Clean room but everything you need is available . Kleenex is absence instead a roll of toilet tissue in its place . Hand towel only one available No face towels .Had to ask . Occurred twice no hot water . Maintenance had to come and resolve the issue. Nothing special with breakfast . Everything you need like bread you have to ask and be charged. Overall . Can’t complain about the staff in Eagles……

“The room was very clean and smelt good,all clean linen ”

“I like it because it is in the city proper but the moment we enter our suite, there is a dead huge cockroach in the floor, rag going to the washroom is filthy and there’s a baby cockroach crawling at night. You can’t really tell how dirty it is because the light is dimmed. ”
