“This hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor, transformed ALL ROOMS to a "battered woman's shelter" and a security officer stated we should have been notified by the hotel and agencies involved. After a 2-hour drive, I had to find accommodations for 2 days on our phone. I receive confirmation emails from Hotels.com. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL !!!”

“Staff was wonderful and accomodating. My furry companion was having some seperation anxiety while we were using the pool. Staff let us know he could cone down and hang out by the pool instead. We had a great time and its convinced me to bring my pup with me to more places. The continental breakfast was above and beyond as well. Great food to start the day.”

“It's comfortable but the check in and check out process experience is the worst I had ever stayed before. They can't find my booking record and explain it's hotel.com's fault. We spent a lot of time to confirm the booking record. And then, after I checked out, I found they charged me additional fee $2700 but I don't know why. When I would like to ask them why the fee happened, I received the refund message from my credit card bank. I am not an american, so the credit card bank would charge me……
