「Bob W Avangard is located directly across from Tallinn University. Since I was attending a conference at the university, the location was perfect for me. The bed was very comfortable and the space was clean. The lack of any personnel on-site was no problem except that after I checked out, it would have been nice to have been able to leave my luggage to keep until my flight departure that night. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.」

「The hotel is renovated this year, so it's new and clean inside. The location is perfect, very easy for you to visit malls, the bus station, and restaurants. BUT, when I entered the room, there was no towel. The telephone is dead, and my room key didn't work twice. I have to go to the lobby to fix the problems. The breakfast is so so, not so many choices.
