“Pretty room, good online service, but check in process has room to improve. I suppose I would receive email with check in instruction before I arrive but I didn't receive it until early next morning. So I had to call them to get access code. Luckily for me, the main entrance was not shut when I arrived - I didn't know it's supposed to be closed at the time, so I could call in yhe lobby. “Nos encantó la amplitud de la habitación y el baño. Habitación muy cómoda en cuanto a espacio. La cama muy cómoda y confortable. La única pega que pondría es el tamaño de las toallas, todas son de lavabo y para las duchas resultan pequeñas. La piscina es un plus en la época de verano. “We had a nice stay at the property. We were a little disappointed that we were given a room with 2 twin beds, after requesting 1 double bed. The rest of the room was great. Very spacious. The location was fantastic! Easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants, sights, etc. Merida is a special place with special, friendly people! We loved our visit. One other small annoyance, parking next door was supposed to be discounted to 10€ a day. We had our ticket stamped, as instructed,……
