「Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.」

「The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. 」

「We stayed for 3 nights for ease to be closeby to the Royal Victoria Hospital - which only took us about 8 minutes in the car. Check in was brilliant, really lovely member of staff on the desk. I had emailed about the apartment being ready a bit earlier and this was no problem. The secure underground parking was a huge benefit. Plenty of grocery stores within walking distance and lots of places nearby and available for delivery using deliveroo which was handy for us as we were running back and...

「Lovely little place to stay. We had the only downstairs room which I much preferred. 1 toilet upstairs but we were only there for 2 nights so didn’t mind. The owner was helpful & offered us to check in an hour early on the day. Good transport links to central Belfast, just needed to walk up the road and jump on the bus towards the city centre. Overall, we had a great stay. 」

「I would give a higher rating as I generally had no problem with the hotel.....but they need to shore up their self check in process as i was emailed the wrong room number and my access code worked to open the door. This led to myself and child walking in on a woman who was in the shower. I will say that the staff answered the contact number right away and quickly resolved the issue but it was still extremely awkward. 」
