“Although being an Expedia Platinum member, and this is a VIP signature property, it was unfortunate not to receive the benefits provided by my membership!
However, not to overshadow our stay. The staff are very polite and the service was good. The room and amenities were good. The gym & spa are exceptional, with very helpful and attentive staff.
Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend the hotel to anybody looking for a relaxing atmosphere. ”

“Very good and especially for the price. Very comfy bed and pillows. Great shower. Wifi excellent and included in the price paid. Good facility as expected ie tea, coffee. Only thing to be mindful of for other guests would be to say the property doesnt make clear that they wont send you details of how to self check in until the actual day of your arrival, as you need a door pincode to access your room, and its very difficult to make contact with the property. “I was travelling my motorbike and they very kindly let me park in an enclosed yard at the back. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Both the public areas and the room were clean and modern. Food in the evening was good and great value, the bar had a good atmosphere with locals and guests. Room included a nice continental breakfast. I would happily stay here again. ”

“Our stay was fabulous. The food is 12/10
We had our dog with us so we had to eat in the bar but it has a roaring fire and a lovely atmosphere and I’d argue this was the best seat in the house.
Our room was in a little outbuilding and it was just perfect. Super quiet of a night too. The servers are all very young and the best and most smiley service I’ve had in a long time ”
