“一整棟的VILLA還有自己的泳池，真的是蠻不錯！只是設施都不算太好，百葉窗有點不靈光，有一間浴室的水流很慢都會有點淹水，還有一度跳電，但是值得稱讚的是，飯店服務人員對於我們的問題都有盡力並迅速幫我們解決，有一個檯燈一打開就爆了，電線還斷掉，有點嚇人，但是隔天就迅速換新，相當有誠意！另外入住還有迎賓飲料，早餐就是Villa外的咖啡廳，但是早餐沒有很早開始，所以如果有行程很早要出門的就可能吃不到了，早餐還算普通，記得點咖啡可以喝到正宗峇里島咖啡，大概有1/3杯都是咖啡粉很特別～”

“We were blown away at how nice this was for how little we spent. Private room and bathroom. Comfy bed. Hot water. Large and delicious breakfast included! Lovely garden and pool! The staff was very nice and the other guests were open to making friends as well. Many of the guests had stayed here before in the past and keep coming back. Highly recommend! ”

“My partner and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we ended up spending most of our time in the hotel as the infinity pool with view over the sea was lovely, with direct access to the beach so you can just walk along the beach and enjoy the sun.
The room was very cosy and the bed super comfy.
The staff was always lovely and friendly! The breakfast was great too and the Chicken Wrap delicious.
We’d recommend this hotel if you want to just relax and you are not fussed about doing all the……

“The resort is good in total. Staff and service is nice and friendly. They helped us on everything we asked for. Room was good. We had not a villa but a regular one. There is a free shuttle to Ubud which we used one day. This worked very well. Thank you :)”

“Having on hand printed my already paid booking with Expedia, where the room was pool view (was on the description of my booking), they tell me that to have that room I would pay extra money, I choose the room with pool view and air conditioning but they give me a room behind the hotel with a fan. We only spent one night there and we lost the money for the rest of the days. Could be a problem between Expedia and the Hotel but the hotel only ask for more money and Expedia doesn't allow to cancel……

"Amazing service on the moment we stepped into the hotel. Staffs are super friendly with great attitude and smiles.
We requested quite a number of times with additional services including extra water, towel, others yet staffs continued to be very attentive and kind.

"I booked this hotel for three nights to celebrate my husband birthday. The staff surprised my husband with a birthday cake .Every employee in this hotel is full of smiles, the service is very attentive. The food in the restaurant is also very good. The room I chose is Ocean View Luxury Room. It’s beautiful!
Subsequently I went to Lombok for three nights, staying in The Oberoi Beach Lombok and came back to this hotel again for one night. I was very pleased that the hotel upgraded us to stay in the Ocean View Villa, which surprised me. It’s perfect!"
