“There was so much that was wrong with our stay. First, it was not the apt as shown in the pictures. The lighting was dreary —only one overhead light in the bedroom and living room. The front door didn’t lock and the rugs on the stairs and in the living room were disgustingly dirty. The walls were dingy and showed signs of being painted over in spots in a haphazard way. there were picture frames on the walls with no pictures and broken glass. There was a grimy feel to the whole place except the……

We enjoyed staying in the heart of Federal Hill because it offered us an authentic neighborhood experience. The property was clean, functional, and offered all the amenities that we needed. “Overall we had a lovely stay at this house. It was clean and quiet - perfect for our small group of friends. No major issues. Everything was in good repair except one leaky air mattress. However - each room only has one bed. The basement room had a couch that converted to a bed. The three bedroom upstairs have one queen bed each. There is a collection of inflatable mattresses to augment these 3 beds plus one sofa bed. I was supposed to get the door code 2 hours before check in, but it did not……

“At first site I was Leary but a neighborhood garage owner befriended us and made sure we were safe by even setting up cones in the street to secure a parking space. The host Mr. Smith was very kind and patient and provided all the info we needed. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we required. It was a challenge with the winding staircase for 3 senior ladies but we got along fine climbing them several times a day. I loved the historical feel of the brick and staircase.. Mr. Smith……
