Awesome house with a few minor improvements

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has wonderful decor and porches and is very well equipped with kitchen supplies, beach chairs, and a paddle board. There were a couple of minor things - the mattresses aren't very comfortable and the bedding is basic (just a thin quilt that doesn't stay put in the king master). There were also a few rugs that desperately needed non-slip pads underneath. And the bathrooms were a little dated. The house is great overall and could be incredible with these improvements.

Everything was great except for the beach equipment.. one beachchair was even missing an armrest and both umbrellas were completely outdated and one was broken making it very difficult to enjoy our backyard(THE SUNNY BEACH)…#Unacceptable…. Where’s the Shibumi man!

Property was not as clean and maintained as I would have liked but WWP sent a second cleaning crew back out and addressed our areas of concern right away. Location is hard to beat and the best beach access of all the homes we’ve rented.

Sweet Tea porch view the best!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was excellent. It had everything we needed inside. The only complaints were that the grill outside did not work and there was only one working adult bike. We had to rent another bike. Also, the trash area under the house was a mess. I believe the cleaning crew (who were leaving the home when we arrived on Saturday) spilled the trash outside the enclosed area and rotting shrimp were left just beyond the enclosed trash bins. We cleaned it up, but the trash was not collected on Monday or Thursday, so the smell was really bad....

Great House! Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay, thank you for sharing your beach house. We enjoyed the beaches, kayaking the creek (saw an alligator!), paddle boarding, bike rides, tennis lessons, the Shoals club, and lots of ice cream. The house had everything a large family or two would need for a great time at the beach. Super location to everything on the island and just incredible to wake up in the morning and see the sun rise over the ocean. Thanks for having us!!
