“Overall the property was fine. Nothing super great or bad. The only specific feedback that I would give: there was only one lock on the door and it could be opened on the keypad from the outside. They need to add a second deadbolt that can only be locked from the inside -- or a chain or something other way to secure the door from inside. I did not feel totally safe having a door that could be unlocked by anyone on the outside with access to the code. Otherwise my stay was fine.”

“I did not realize that there is no office and no one on site and a phone number for "emergencies" only. The inside of the room was very clean but the outside needs power washing and paint. The shower had "C" for hot and "H" for cold. Spanish?? The shower, once I figured it out, was excellent. Bed comfortable. Air con remote missing its battery. ”

“Overall it was great, will definitely recommend to others. Couple of issues: -casa duro wifi signal/bandwidth was weak - making TV unusable as well as laptop use. -coffee machine was either broken or not set up properly, it would grind beans but water would not enter the cup, it would leak directly into the drain pan. ”

“I’ve stayed in this building before and loved it. Love the interior, the space, the proximity to restaurants and highways.”

“A very mismanaged organization that forced us to pay a deposit not mentioned when we arrived in the contract and moved us to a much further location when we were at the location we reserved. I questions their moves and they immediately threatened to cancel my reservation - this while at the airport. They also threatened to cancel my reservation if I talked to anyone about this. I have saved all communication documents. Very unethical company, I would stay away from them.”

“Beds are all cheap memory foam. Very uncomfortable for us all even kids but the place is clean and nice. Great area. ”

“Had a great time but the house smelled awful when we got there. Trash wasn't changed and it stunk. There was vomit outside the back door and we had to jump over it to get to the hot tub. The hot tub was not hot. Jets didn't work well and the water was dirty. Lots of gun shots going off around us all night. 👀 Won't rent again. ”

“Space was beautiful. Had all essentials stocked. Could’ve used a few extra towels but overall a wonderful stay with enough room. Pool and hot tub perfect.”

“This property had everything my family wanted and needed for our weekend vacation. It was very clean and was represented properly on the site. Very spacious and comfortable. I love that it had a hand ton loaded down with board games and an arcade game. ”
