“Our family stayed over Xmas 2024! 10 adults 4 children under the age of 4. Everything was spectacular! The golf carts were a great addition getting us around the neighborhood and to the beach club! The beach club was terrific but on check in I was informed the “good news” that we were able to use the club which I didn’t know was not a given. Maybe need to be more specific that the beach club might not be available. We used to club a lot and was a highlight! San Jose de Cabo is such a cool town!……

“Thank you for your hospitality, but I need to point out that while most of the staff at Monte Cristo was satisfactory but there were some outliers that were pretty bad. “Amazing view of Cabo! Plenty of space and sleeping for 7-16 people.Downsides: pool and jacuzzi heater was broken entire time, so the both were about 55 degrees. That was disappointing as was part of reason we chose this house. The pool table is in horrible condition (pockets all broken and lumpy surface) so it should NOT be the very first featured photo on listing. The house is quite old and very dated so don’t expect a luxury experience. Concierge was helpful with transportation and chef Pedro……

“We loved staying at this property. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a car so they helped us get taxis as needed. We very much enjoyed the cooking class and the private chef’s dinner while there. You can easily walk to the beach from the property if you don’t mind a little hill. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view of the Pacific. We were fortunate to see quite a bit of whale activity while relaxing in the pool area. “I truly don’t know where to begin with this property and experience! Villas Beltramo was an absolute Cabo paradise! It was the perfect location for my sisters Bachlorette party, which included myself and 11 other girls! Just magnificently appointed, great pool, beach, rooms, kitchen, staff, great places to eat nearby, easy transportation, great fishing.We only had a couple minor issues that got pretty much fixed. The heater went out on the pool, and we lost a couple of days of pool heat. there were a couple cleaning issues, but Samuel took care of that right away.”

“Our entire stay at the Lands End Villa was perfect. Our Hosts Mike and Vale did an excellent job with transportation, shopping and responding. The house was gorgeous with unbelievable views. Watching the sunrise in the morning, watching the whales all day and the sunset at night. It was perfect. Our Chefs Pepe and Franky could not have been better. Everything from Mexican dinners, to pasta and steak sandwiches. It was all delicious. Our group loved having sit down dinners and no clean up.……
